Operating in close partnership with a network of 73 Local Distribution Partners (LDPs), CCBSA services over 197,500 retail outlets. CCBSA began operating as a legal entity in July 2016, after the merger of six non-alcoholic ready to drink bottling operations. It is responsible for manufacturing and distributing most of Coca-Cola’s products for SA through its sales territories: Inland Region, North Region, Gauteng Region and Coastal Region (excluding the Western Cape).

CCBSA’s diverse employees make up more than a third of CCBA’s workforce. The business produces more than half of CCBA’s total volume, with a strong focus on affordability and on introducing new variants and categories to cater for all consumer preferences.
