Gaborone, Botswana – Coca-Cola Beverages Botswana has announced the appointment of Flora Jika as its General Manager with immediate effect.
Jika joins the Botswana business after a highly successful three-year stint as the General Manager of Voltic (GH) Limited, a company in the Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) group, where she is credited with returning the business to profitability.
She is a qualified engineer and MBA graduate, who left the mining world to join the logistics team of Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) in 2008, rising to Logistics Director at CCBSA in 2018.
She has a strong focus on safety, productivity and profitability, having overseen more than three years of fatality free shifts in the Ghana operations.
