In August 2019, CCBA subsidiary, Eswatini Coca-Cola Beverages, commenced operations with a refreshed marketing and sales plan, based on Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa’s success.
CCBA, through its subsidiary, Coca-Cola Sabco Ltd, acquired a majority shareholding (60%) in the Eswatini soft drinks company in 2019. The company is registered as Eswatini Coca-Cola Beverages (ECCB), trading as a subsidiary of CCBA.
Eswatini falls under the South African regional leadership of Velaphi Ratshefola.
