In November 2020, CCBA acquired a stake in the soft drinks division of the Maluti Mountain Breweries (MMB) through a new entity called Coca-Cola Beverages Lesotho (CCBL).
The new entity, co-owned by CCBA and the Lesotho National Development Corporation (LNDC), operates as a subsidiary of CCBA, under CCBA’s management control.
Lesotho is under the leadership of South African Managing Director, Velaphi Ratshefola.
