Coca-Cola Kwanza is a subsidiary of CCBA covering 54% of Tanzania’s geography and employing over 1,000 people.

Coca-Cola Kwanza operates two bottling plants in Tanzania: one in Mikocheni, Dar es Salaam and another in Mbeya. 

A globally recognised survey of Coca-Cola Kwanza’s human resources (HR) practices has resulted in the company being named one of just eight companies in Tanzania to receive a prestigious Top Employer award.

The business is under the leadership of Jonathan Jooste.
