Windhoek, Namibia – Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) in Namibia has honoured 129 long‑serving employees at its 2026 Long Service Awards – the highest number recognised since 2022. This milestone reflects the company’s strong culture of attracting, developing and retaining high-performing talent, and empowering individuals to reach their full potential.
A standout moment of the 2026 ceremony was the group of 11 employees who marked between 20 and 30 years of continuous service – a testament to the deep experience, loyalty and institutional knowledge that continue to anchor CCBA’s success.
The largest cohort of honourees were the 15‑year recipients, representing 67% of all awardees, followed by those marking 10 years of service at 19%. Since 2022, the number of long‑service recognitions has remained consistently strong – with 84 employees honoured in 2022, 73 in 2023, 82 in 2024, 129 in 2025 – and the latest figure once again highlights CCBA’s sustained employee tenure and engagement.
